I wasn't meant to be farmed
or ever put in a cage
I wasn't meant to be harnessed
Never meant to be trained
I wasn't born to learn tricks
or entertain the crowd
I was born to be free
I was born to be loud
I was never meant to be your rug or your coat
I was not meant to be hunted for sport
I was not meant for the humans to use
So all that I'm left with are the Bear Blues
You take away my instinct to tear off your head
and make us all complacent
through the drugs we are fed
Depression's not a state that I should ever know
the human infection makes me feel so low
Let's take this story to the East
to the land of the rising sun
We're tortured every single day
in cages we can't move or run
We're living our whole lives this way
for medicine the humans pay
to surgically alter us permanently
No bias for bile just cruelty
No cure, no proof, no medicine
No ending to this fascination
Our blood is poisoning your nation
Minds rot incarceration
We are not your battery bears
Why do you do this?
Why don't you care?
You're tapping my liver
stealing my life
I suffer in misery
Fucked up lowlife!
Just wait until one day
